This CNN story seems to think that people are going to be surprised by the fact that the numbers of urban highschoolers who have had sex, done drugs and drank alcohol are similar to those for suburban schools. Logic is all about assumptions. Sometimes, when a person is making an argument, their assumptions differ from yours, and you wind up with reasoning that seems to border on the ludicrous.
